Content Terms & Acceptable Use Policy

Your content and your views
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated content and how you use or share it. User content expresses the user's views only, and does not represent or imply endorsement by Punchline Studios, its parent company, affiliates, employees or partners. AI output may be inaccurate, biased or inappropriate; review it before use and do not rely on it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not request, upload, create or distribute nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, any sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not create hate speech, discriminatory abuse, targeted harassment, bullying, threats, incitement, graphic violence, terrorism or extremist propaganda. Do not facilitate illegal activity, fraud, scams, cyber abuse, stalking, doxxing or evasion of safety controls. Do not defame, libel or slander others, knowingly spread damaging false allegations, impersonate someone deceptively, or falsely suggest an endorsement.
Rights, consent and privacy
Use only material you own or have permission to use, including photographs, trademarks and other protected material. Obtain appropriate consent for identifiable people's likenesses and voices. Do not expose personal, confidential or sensitive information without lawful authority. Respect copyright, publicity, privacy and other third-party rights. You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and the rules of platforms where you share your content.
Branding and generated output
Free and paid generated outputs carry the Punchline Studios logo or attribution by default. Where an eligible paid premium plan expressly offers unbranded creation, you may deliberately select Remove stamp before creating. A brand stamp identifies the creation platform, not approval of the content or the user's views. Automated safeguards are not a guarantee that output is lawful, accurate, safe or suitable.
Enforcement and reporting
Punchline Studios may refuse prohibited requests, restrict access or remove hosted content for suspected violations, subject to applicable law. Report misuse or rights concerns to support@punchlinestudios.com. Do not attempt to bypass consent, safety, access or branding controls. Declining these terms means you cannot use the creation services.
Service limitations and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, creation services and outputs are provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, originality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. Punchline Studios and its parent company are not responsible for users' opinions, unlawful use or third-party distribution. You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use or violation of others' rights, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. These terms do not constitute a waiver of mandatory legal rights.
